Jones was the consolation champion after thumping Meeker 62-53 last Saturday afternoon at Jones.

On the boys' side, Alva will play Comanche at 3 p. m. today in the other consolation round contest. A win by the Demons would set up a 3 p. m. Friday game against that winner. Alva lost to Oklahoma Centennial 40-37 last Saturday night at P-T. Comanche slipped past Riverside 69-57 last Saturday afternoon for the consolation championship at Jones.

Centennial will play Heritage Hall for the area tournament championship at 8 p. m. Friday for a spot in the Class 3A state tournament. The loser will drop to the consolation championship game at 8 p. m. Saturday.
